1:1 Training@ Willink Leisure Centre

Strength and conditioning (resistance training), cardio-vascular and mobility and flexibility programmes are designed and planned with your individual goals in mind and you and I step through each training session together. You don't have to think about anything (apart from working hard) as I assess your capability in each session, monitor your progress and, adapt as necessary.

This is a public gym environment so there will be others using the facilities at the same time as us.​

This service is offered and managed under Everyone Active at Willink Leisure Centre. I have limited availability for long term 1:1 training sessions but can also offer blocks of  6-12 fully personalised training sessions on a 1:1 basis with the aim of moving you towards gym independence and/or the online training service.
