Initially I was sceptical about whether online training would work for me but coronavirus presented the opportunity I needed to try it out. 
I have found online training flexible and accessible at any time of the day. Kay has provided regular encouragement and support, updating programmes to maintain progress and prevent me getting bored. She has responded very quickly to any concerns or questions I have had.
Online training has enabled me to keep my fitness at or above pre-lockdown levels and provided a structure and routine to my days. The equipment needed is minimal, readily available and not too expensive. 
Online training has fitted so well into my lifestyle that I have decided to continue with it in the long term..

I've really enjoyed using the Online Training Application.  One of the perks for me is being able to do my workout whenever I want to without having to make an appointment with my PT, and having weights at home, I don't even have to go anywhere to do my workout.  But I can still ask her questions using in-app messaging and have had quick, personal responses to these.  Another great feature of the app is that there is a video of each exercise-- I always refer to this to make sure I'm doing the exercise correctly.  It's helpful and encouraging to be able to see my progress on the app, all in one place, as a list or as a graph.  Because my PT will see my progress, I don't feel like I am on my own; I feel very motivated to continue pushing myself because I know she will see what I have done (or haven't done!).

The online programme gives me the flexibility I need - Being able to workout at home with just a few pieces of basic equipment (resistance bands, small weights etc) has enabled me to achieve a consistent approach to exercise and with no journey to the Gym I now have time for exercise, and  I can easily fit it around work  and family, no excuses!.

Since training with Kay, I've been able to not only improve my overall fitness levels, but overcome a fear of slipping a disc which was limiting my general ability to exercise. I'm now much more confident in my abilities and we're working on my next goal to improve my range of motion, flexibility, and general fitness levels.....


​I genuinely come out of a workout with Kay feeling 10 times better than I did at the start. The programmes are not daunting, but carefully pitched so that you're pushed outside of your comfort zone but with all of the support and encouragement you need to build confidence in your abilities and achieve your goals.

I was very nervous having someone who was fit showing me how to get my old body into shape. I also had never been to a gym before so every bit of equipment was rather daunting.....Kay started me off with basic training but gave me the confidence to push myself.  Kay's technical skills and her personnel skills got the best out of me, she coaxes me to push my limits and I gain huge satisfaction at achieving my goals. I am not a fitness fanatic I only wanted to keep myself fit and Kay as my personnel trainer has turned out to be the perfect solution.
