  • Providing products and services to you

  • From your Doctor, when authorised by you. In order to verify your suitability for proposed fitness programmes we may offer you.

  • Other Specialist Providers when authorised by you – such as Physio Therapists, or other professionals in order to support you during our work.

 

We may store some of this information with our Fitness Application Provider (PT Distinction – www.ptdistinction.com) in order to provide you with tailored services via our Fitness Application.

 

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

  • Your consent. You are able to remove your consent at any time. You can do this by contacting admin@kayismypt.com

  • We have a contractual obligation.

  • We have a legal obligation.

  • We have a vital interest.

  • We need it to perform our services for you

  • We have a legitimate interest.

 

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored on our computer systems present in the UK, and where required to provide Fitness Application Services to you, on systems owned by our Fitness Application Provider.

We will only keep your information for the duration of your use of our products and services. We will then dispose your information by removing it from our systems, and those of our Fitness Application Provider.

  • Your right to object to processing - You have the the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.

  • You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
