" I've really enjoyed using the Online Training Application.  One of the perks for me is being able to do my workout whenever I want to without having to make an appointment with my PT, and having weights at home, I don't even have to go anywhere to do my workout.  I can still ask her questions using in-app messaging and have had quick, personal responses to these.  Another great feature of the app is that there is a video of each exercise-- I always refer to this to make sure I'm doing the exercise correctly.  It's helpful and encouraging to be able to see my progress on the app, all in one place, as a list or as a graph.  Because my PT will see my progress, I don't feel like I am on my own; I feel very motivated to continue pushing myself because I know she will see what I have done (or haven't done!). For me, Online Personal Training is all about that 'Personal' bit. Every workout you get is customised to your specific needs and goals. I produce the programme individually and coach and support you (including checking your form and exercise technique) just as I would in person - but the system actually allows me to do this even more.

Face to Face training only lasts as long as the session. I might make recommendations or suggestions to you for things you could do but, between sessions, when you leave the gym you're pretty much on your own.....I've found that Online Personal Training allows me to have more contact with my clients, meaning I can rapidly support you over your entire week and, we can respond more quickly and effectively to whatever is going on in your life.

When you've got a busy life it can be really hard to fit everything in to the diary. Having to add a Personal Trainer Face to Face appointment in as well can be just one complication too many - it's really disappointing to have to skip a weeks training because we just can't find a mutual diary date for a session that fits in with everything else you have going on. Online Personal Training completely removes this obstacle. You have the freedom to train whenever and wherever you like and, with whomever you choose. If you feel more comfortable in the gym with a training buddy or, enjoy training together with someone then you can do that - or not, the choice is yours. You can be confident that your workout has been produced specifically for your requirements meaning you are working out as effectively and safely as possible.

One of the first things completed for my online service is a full assessment covering mobility and posture. Honestly, this can feel a bit intimidating but you soon get used to it. It's a really important and valuable part of your training as it lets me know where you are now so that I can start you at the most appropriate place for you. Once we've started I help you with consistency and, maintaining your health and fitness around all the challenges life throws at you, making sure you are supported, encouraged and, growing in confidence.

With face to face training often the only time you hear about your progress is when you train. With Online Personal Training your fully personalised exercise programme (including cardio, resistance, streching and mobility work as needed and appropriate) is progressed when you're ready. Data collection is quick and easy and, automatically reported straight to me. What's even better is that all the data is easily accessible by you. This means that I can work with you to keep you accountable and consistent in your approach, we can respond rapidly to challenges and changing life circumstances and, you can individually review your progress if you want to!
