This scheme is available for anyone who is not currently a member of the Willink Leisure Centre or other West Berkshire local authority gym.

To be eligible for this service you must be resident in West Berkshire (have a West Berkshire post code)  and, have been referred by an NHS Health Practitioner (someone with an nhs.net email address) or your G.P. 

​

The Exercise Referral / Activity for Health scheme offers a number of pathways to help people begin or get back to a more active lifestyle. One of the options is a discounted 12 week membership of the gym. This entitles you to use all the facilities at any of our West Berkshire sites as well as providing an initial consultation, gym induction, 6 week and 12 week check and also up to 8 additional 1:1 Personal Training sessions with me.
